This piano has been in single family ownership since new. It has moved from the 1st house where it stood to its current location approximately 15 miles 30 years ago. Otherwise, it has stood in two positions.Down sizing, trying to sale before estate sale auction.

    Rosewood with gold leaf soundboard.
    All original.
    One note is dead due to metal fatigue in high range.
    Built before standard pitch.  Simply put, when pianos began being built on assembly line, they were all exact same pitch... Standard pitch.
    This piano, built before that time, is tuned 1/4 step below standard.
    Including the screw up stool for free with purchase.
