Someone that is interested in restoring this Antique 1921 Adam Schaaf Upright Grand Piano, could easily fetch between ,000 to ,000 since this piano is in such good shape for its age along has with its provenance and back story of the original owner. She grew up with this piano as a child she is now 94 years old. I promised her whoever this piano goes to will be interested in restoring this piano to its original rich acoustic sound and possibly be interested to restore its beautiful exterior. I have had a couple of professional appraisers look at the piano they were both amazed how well it's been taken care of with sound board and original strings in great shape.
FYI: on the interior of this beautiful Americana masterpiece. It shows this was the year of the Great Chicago fair wich marks 400 years since Columbus.
A little historical background: The mausoleum pictured in this listing that is attributed to this great man and members of his family helps to further illustrate the Regal status and importance Adam Schaaf, meant to early turn of the century Chicago and America as a whole. His mausoleum as you can imagine is the largest at Chicago's Rosehill Cemetery.
