This listing is for a circa 1900's souvenir plate. Made in Germany, I believe the back says "Berlin Germany". The delicate china plate has a painting of "New Concrete Y Bridge, Zanesville, Ohio" at it center on the front. This is a commemorative vase for the "Y" shaped bridge made entirely out of concrete in 1902.
The vase is in excellent condition. Detail image of the concrete Y bridge in the center. The vase has a raised pattern along the scalloped mouth of the vase and along the bottom. On the front of the vase the top and bottom are painted with an iridescent yellow paint. The thin handles and other details of the vase, are lined with metallic gold paint. On the back there is more raised patterns and a raised polka dot frame framing the backside. Chip and crack free.  Some og the gold paint has scratched off.
Vase is approx. 5x3.15x 2 inches.
