    SUGGESTED USE:
    For foot soak & bath dissolve 5-6 tablespoons and for full body bath 10-12 tablespoons into warm water (101-103 ºF / 38 - 41 ℃). Bath water should not be too hot, as it prevents the skin from absorbing the magnesium. Recommended bath duration is 20-30 minutes. Use product 2-3 times per week or more often, if needed.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Magnesium chloride flakes, organic anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile) oil, organic salvia sclarea (clary sage) oil.
    No added preservatives, colors and artificial fragrances.
    WARNINGS:
    Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, freshly shaved areas and cuts. If you have kidney failure or are pregnant, consult your doctor before use. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
