Directions
Foot Bath
: Dissolve 1 large tablespoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes.Finish with a short cold soak.
Full Bath:
Add 2 oz. to a hot bath (keep it hot), Or 2-4 oz. for a large tub. Relax in it for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results.
