Description

Classic vintage "The Farmer Says" pull string toy with (mostly) farm animal sounds by Mattel, c. 1983. Made in Mexico.
Played with but in good shape for its age. Some discoloration on the animal pictures and the yellow plastic; please see photos.
It's about a foot high (counting the handle), a little over 10" wide; and weighs about a pound.
All the animal sounds work. Sounds are reasonably clear and complete. (I don't remember exactly what they sounded like over 3 decades ago so I can't say whether the sound quality has deteriorated, but you can definitely understand both what the farmer's saying, and the animal sound.)
The animal art showing the various animals is c. 1964 (clearly a different style than the farmer and pig on the pointer) and printed in the USA.
