Ram is vital part of all of the electronics we have in our lives. Everything from our smartphones, tablets, to our Laptops and Desktops have RAM. Basically, ram is a form of computer memory that temporarily holds information that our PC's need in the near future. Think of it as a morning to do list!
Why do I need it?
A computer uses its ram to execute every single process it has to do, ram is needed no matter what but especially when running with high demand like gaming or video and music editing.
How much RAM do I need?
To determine how much ram you need, you must first know what you are going to be doing with the computer. If you are just checking emails and creating word documents then 4GB will work. However, if you try to play a video game with 4GB, the game may appear laggy or unresponsive. We recommend 8GB if you like to stream high-quality videos! 16+GB of ram is best for gaming and video editing.

Hard Disk Drive is a non-volatile (meaning, data is stored even after the machine is turned off) memory hardware device that permanently stores and retrives the data on a computer.
Why do I need it?
A computer won't turn on without a hard drive being installed. The hard drive holds one of the most important aspects of the machine: the Operating System (along with the restore partition). On the hard drive, you'll be able to save precious photos, music, or videos.
What size do I need?
For basic usage, such as browsing the web or checking email 250GB will be a decent amount. 250GB can hold 30,000 average sized photos or songs. If you want to download movies or more extensive software, we'd recommend moving up to 500GB or 750GB. For more professiona uses, we recommened 1TB or higher.

Solid State Hard Drives, or SSD, are the newer piece of technology that uses flash memory to deliver a faster overall performance. A Standard Hard Drive, or mechnical drive, uses spinning disks, or platters, to store and read the data. Standard Hard Drives are less inexpensive than a Solid State

During the Fetch process, the CPU takes the instructions from the RAM. Once the instruction is received, it is the passed to a circuit called the instruction decoder- where the instruction is translated. In the last step, the translated instruction is sent to it's necessary part to be completed.
What types of CPU's are out there?
You may see Intel and AMD out there are the main two brands. Within these two brands, there a lot of independent processesor. You can see Core 2 Duo (Intel), Athlon (AMD), Core i5 (Intel), Ryzen(AMD), Core i7 (Intel) - etc. Currently, we only offer Intel processors.
What processor is best for me?
Much like the other components of the machine, it depends on  your usage. Basic users such as those that are lightly using the web and checking email can use the Core 2 Duo. Those that will be using the machine a little more extensively should use an Intel Core i5- including some professionals and students. If you're running more intensive programs, such as photoshop, we recommened an i7.
What is a COA
?
COA is a
Certificate Of Authenticity
from Microsoft letting the buyer know that the product and the seller are certified and official. It also let's the buyer know that we report directly to Microsoft.
Please note, the COA will have a gray concealment layer that must be scratched off using a coin.
We cannot activate Windows on behalf of our customers.
When is A COA required?
COA's are required when you are attempting to activate your computer. The COA has a product code on it that is the key to activating windows. Without that product key code, some functions on your computer will not be fully accessible.
Where is it located?
Your COA is located on your computer. If you have a desktop, it is located on top of the machine towards the back if it is standing vertically. If you have a laptop it is located on the very bottom of the machine usually near the battery.
Which version do I need? Home or Pro?
The difference between the two is basically business vs home use. The features of Windows 10 Pro offers is substantial for a work-life, like Group Policies and Mobile Device Management. If you are setting the desktop for home use, these applications are not needed.
We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher. Every machine is loaded with Genuine Windows 10 and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Due to privacy and anti-piracy protections, you must scratch off a grey concealment layer to reveal the full code.

A: Yes! We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and being a part of this program, we must provide a fully licensed Microsoft Windows 10 with the Certificate of Authenticity (COA). You will find the COA on the top of the Desktop which will allow you to activate Windows.
Q: Can I get Windows 7 instead?
A: Unfortunately, no. Microsoft has discontinued Windows 7. Any Windows 7 products you see may be pirated software!
Q: Can I get Microsoft Office?
A: Our Desktops come with a trial version of Microsoft Office. After 30 days, Microsoft Office must be paid for through the Microsoft website. We personally do not sell MS Office or offer support. However, we do install Apache OpenOffice!
Q: Will I receive exactly what is in the photo?
A: Our photos are stock photos. There may be some slight variances to what is received such as form factor (you may receive anywhere from tower, desktop, and small form). Please refer to specs above to verify. Contact us with any questions.
