NRFC New Irwin Secret Heart Puppy in my pocket & Pony in my pocket

This is a brand new on the card and never used vintage two sets of Irwin secret heart items, one is called pony in my pocket and the other is called puppy in my pocket.
They are small toys for young children to carry with them. I do not see a date but they appear to be from the early 2000's.
When you rub the bodies a secret magical message will appear, according to the back of the card. It says magical color change secret message. There is a total of four animals on each card and one heart on each card, so there are four dogs and one heart on the puppy in my pocket and four horses and one heart on the pony in my pocket. The cards show slight wear from age with some curving at the corners and old price stickers still on the front.
