    Description

This rare parlor reed pump organ with three upper mirrors was made by the Shipman Organ Company in High Point North Carolina; the original invoice dated April 9, 1915 for Organ #14,378 is included. Side note: The Shipman Organ Company was the only successful pump organ company located south of the old Mason Dixon Line.
The organ base is 42” wide by 29” deep and 45” high; the detachable ornate mirrors with beautiful detail can add another 37” to the height. This “Work-of-Art” has normal ware (see images) and is in excellent playing condition with the bellows and all stops working.
This is an Estate Sale: the family wants to find a good home for this heirloom and therefore is offering it for "Best Offer".
Local pick up in Bridgewater, VA. Buyer must provide equipment and labor to load the organ, which is easily accessible via an outside ramp. If buyer requires shipping, buyer is responsible for contacting, arranging, and paying for that service.
