This Sebastien Erard upright wall piano in very old its from 1890- 1895 off serial number .** It sat still for over 30 years until 2 years ago when I purchased the Howard Smith estate.
Mr Smith was one of our city founders / Post Master on the turn of 20th century.   Mr Smith was very active in the 1920s . . This Erard may require a a whole complete restoration no doubt it's in rough conditions ..notes dont play much and its missing some wooden design trims. .**
